COMMERCIAL LICENSE:

PRINT ON DEMAND: You can use these on POD as stand-alone image. However, I recommend adding simple text or other elements to add your personality to it and unique to your audience.

PLR PRODUCTS:

You can use these line art to create coloring pages, educational pages, stickers, etc. as long as it is a smaller part of your final product. You can not use it as a stand-alone image and sell. You need to add background color, text, etc to make it your own product.
